DIDSBURY – Didsbury Rec Hockey capped off an unusual hockey season playing largely on ice surfaces outside the community.
The arena and curling rink at the Didsbury Memorial Complex was closed for the season for ice users after the condenser unit/cooling tower failed in late December.
Didsbury Rec Hockey largely used the rink in Torrington’s arena for Monday night practices and weekends for the rest of the season which wrapped up in recent weeks.
The league iced nine teams in the 2024-25 season.
