GATINEAU, Que. — Emmanuel Vermette and Maxim Massé each scored two goals in leading the Chicoutimi Saguenéens to a 7-5 comeback win over the Gatineau Olympiques on Wednesday in Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League action.
Korney Korneyev, Christophe Berthelot and Kassim Gaudet also netted goals for Chicoutimi (32-13-3-7), which won its third in a row. Raphaël Précourt made 32 saves.
Lukas Kral, with two goals, Julien Paillé, Nicholas Petrut and Gabriel Séguin replied for Gatineau (14-28-7-5). Iain Wintle stopped 29-of-35 shots.
