Ray was born December 13, 1933 in Stamford, England. Ray was in the service for one year and then came to Canada at the age of 21. Ray worked on a ranch near Cochrane where he met his wife, Jeanette. They were married for 58 years. Ray worked many years in the forestry industry. He loved traveling, air shows, nature, reading, people, family and fishing.
Ray will be remembered for his good nature, great stories, and fun. He will be missed.
