Survived by wife, Jane Atkins and children Kathy Atkins, Brian (Korey) Atkins, Leah (Billy-Joe)Jensen, Roxan Gawryluk (Eric Belanger) and grandchildren Jordan (Maria) Atkins, Kristie (Chad) Andersen, Jay McDermid, Remi Belanger.
Gary was a welder extraordinaire, inventor, mentor, teller of grand tales and adventures. He was loved by many, a friend to all, and generous by nature.
