February 1, 1945 – May 14, 2020
“We begin to remember not just that you died, but that you lived. And that your life gave us memories too beautiful to forget.” On the evening of Thursday, May 14th surrounded by family, Lori Carolyn Hagerty, lost her brave battle with cancer and went to be with the love of her life, Vern.
Lori was an amazing woman, wife, partner, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend – she created many precious memories and she will be dearly missed.
The biggest part of Lori’s heart was dedicated to her three children, Bonny (Lee) Funke, Les (Sonya) Larson, Emery (April) Hagerty, seven grandchildren, Jonah, Hannah, Braedyn, Connor, Shelby, Landyn and Kenzie, and her partner, Jim Pilon and his children Lisa, Carrie and Ashley.
Lori was predeceased by her husband, Vernon, father Elmer, mother Lillian, brother Sonny, sister Peggy Ann and brother-in-law Tom. She is survived by sisters Rose Standish, Barb (John) Matchett, and brother Norman (Linda) Nelson.
At this time, there will not be a funeral service due to public health restrictions but instead the family will hold a memorial service later this summer for all her friends and family.
