Robert (Bob) Harper passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 29, 2024 at the age of 73 at the Olds Hospital Long Term Care Centre. Bob was born in Olds, AB to Roy and Lettie Harper on July 9, 1950.
Bob is survived by his son Brad (Jackie), grandchildren Cayleigh and Jessica of Olds, daughter Stacey (Dan) Carefoot, grandchildren MacAulay and Madison, son Chad (Michelle), grandchildren Makara and Ria of Olds and son Michael (Yile Xie) of Edmonton as well as nephews Dr. Wes (Shelley) Watamaniuk and Kevin (Barb) Watamaniuk. He is predeceased by his parents, Roy and Lettie Harper, sister Marion and brother-in-law Paul Watamaniuk.
In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made directly to the Olds Long Term Care Centre, the Canadian Lung Association or to the charity of your choice.
A service for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at 2:00 pm at the Olds Legion Branch #105, located at 5241 – 46th Street, Olds, AB. A private inurnment will be held at a later date. West View Funeral Services, Olds entrusted with arrangements. 1-403-556-6576
