Nathan George Munchinsky was born on July 23, 1964 in Winnipeg, Manitoba to parents George and Darlene Munchinsky.
He passed away on July 23, 2021 after a struggle with cancer. He took his education in Winnipeg, MB and Prince Albert, SK. He attended Capernwray Harbour Bible School on Thetis Island, BC. He continued to live on Vancouver Island for most of his life. He appreciated the quietness, the wildlife and the nearness to the ocean. He enjoyed art, music, woodworking, computers, reading and playing games.
Since moving to Olds in 2014 his relationship to his parents and sister, Lois became much closer. He appreciated living nearer to his family and relatives and connecting with the church family at First Baptist Church. He was confident of his faith and trust in Jesus Christ for eternal life because "we have been justified through faith and we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ." Romans 5:1
A memorial service of celebration was held at First Baptist Church on Monday, August 2 with Pastor Norm Tauber officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Romania Mission of First Baptist Church or a charity of your choice.
