1937-2023
We are sad to announce the passing of Winnifred St. Germaine (Sherwood) on August 23, 2023 at the age of 86 years.
Winnifred is survived by her children Susan Gole (Brad Rowat) and Errol St. Germaine (Karen), as well as her brother Grant Sherwood (Judy), and her sisters Donna Ilcisin, Marion Wallace, Geri Kenney, and Ellen Bloder (Carl). She is also survived by her grandchildren, Cailan Gole, Landon Gole (Letitia) and Janelle Fay (Dave), as well as 10 great-grandchildren, plus numerous nieces, and nephews and friends far and wide.
A graveside service will be held for the family privately at Olds Cemetery on August 31, 2023.
The family would like to take this time to thank all the staff at the Olds Long Term Care/CI Unit for the loving care that was extended to Winnifred over the past year.
