1942 - 2022
Mr. Rudolf ‘Rudy’ van Doornum passed away peacefully at the Innisfail Long Term Care Centre on Friday, September 23, 2022 at the age of 79 years.
Celebrating Rudy’s life are his loving wife of forty-six years, Lynne and his beloved daughter, Patricia (Mike), his nieces, Carol Laewetz and Sherry Hoffer and their families, his brother, Rob and his nephew, Jay, as well as extended family in the Netherlands.
Lynne and Patricia would like to thank the staff at Innisfail Long Term Care for the care they provided to Rudy.
A Celebration of Rudy’s Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, if desired, Memorial Donations in Rudy’s honour may be made directly to Camp Kannawin at www.campkannawin.ca, the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada at www.alzheimer.ca, or to a Charity of the donor’s choice.
