The case of a person alleged to have held a knife to the throat of a victim is stalled, due to lack of co-operation, RCMP say.
"(There is) lack of cooperation from all involved. I figured it was going to go that way," Olds RCMP Cpl. Michael Black says. "Without victim and witness cooperation, there's not much to go on."
Police received a complaint on Dec. 2 that a knife had been held to the throat of an assault victim.
