The case of a man accused in connection with an alleged sexual assault is scheduled to be back in Didsbury court on Sept. 11.
The accused is expected to enter a plea at that time.
Police say the incident occurred July 14 in the 4900 block of 54th Avenue. On social media, the complainant has said it occurred at Fas Gas.
Cpl. Michael Black described the complaint as being about "sexual groping."
He said no injuries occurred and only one suspect is alleged to have been involved.
