A trial date has been set for a man accused of sexually assaulting a woman in Olds.
During a Sept. 11 court appearance in Didsbury, Meelad Samini pleaded not guilty.
A trial has been scheduled for April 19, 2018 in Didsbury.
Olds RCMP say the incident is alleged to have occurred July 14 in the 4900 block of 54th Avenue. On social media, the complainant has said it occurred at Fas Gas.
When interviewed, Olds RCMP Cpl. Michael Black described the allegation as being about "sexual groping."
He said no injuries occurred and only one suspect is alleged to have been involved.
