Kelowna, B.C., to host the Memorial Cup in the spring of 2026

TORONTO — Kelowna will host the Memorial Cup in the spring of 2026. It will be the first time the B.C. city has hosted the annual junior hockey competition since 2004.

TORONTO — Kelowna will host the Memorial Cup in the spring of 2026.

It will be the first time the B.C. city has hosted the annual junior hockey competition since 2004.

The Canadian Hockey League says the Kelowna Rockets were one of five Western Hockey League franchises to bid for the event.

It will be the 106th edition of the Memorial Cup.

The four-team event features the WHL, Ontario Hockey League and Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League champions along with a host team.

The QMJHL's Rimouski Oceanic will host the 2025 event starting May 22.
