The Drowsy Chaperone…I had no idea what I was in for. Boy was I surprised.
This year's Olds High School play is an amazing collection of talent, entertainment and beauty. The character portrayal is engaging; the sweeping set changes, while simple, hit the mark. The costumes were “over the top,” especially the headdresses.
Many people have shared the same feeling. The performances and production are a hit with all. I recommend the community attend the final weekend Dec. 2, 3, and 4. Tickets can be purchased through the Olds Kiwanis Club, Olds High School or at the door.
The courage it takes to stand up in front of people and perform is tremendous. Let's support the fine arts in Olds and help fill the TransCanada Theatre seats. Come and enjoy the show; leave with a smile and light heart.
