On behalf of all the students, staff and parents at Red Deer Catholic Regional Schools (RDCRS), the Education Foundation wishes to thank all those supported our 1st Birthday Party on April 19.
Truly, our hearts were warmed by the goodwill and generosity of the community.
We thank all our sponsors who make it possible for the foundation to support school initiatives, scholarships and awards that will bring life changing experiences to our students.
We are so grateful to have had Lisa Weatherbee from Big 105 as our mistress of ceremonies. Her enthusiasm was infectious and she kept a busy evening on track.
Auctioneer Bob LaGrange playfully and successfully charmed a generous audience. Special thanks to the students, staff, parents and volunteers who made the evening possible.
The overwhelming success of the foundation’s first year confirms what we have always known – Catholic Education is more than our schools.
It is about sending our students out into the world so they can transform it into a better place for all. How blessed we are to be a part of Central Alberta!
