Hotel's clients have 'biggest' hearts

We have had our bar reopened for a week and it has been wonderful to see old and new faces.

We have had our bar reopened for a week and it has been wonderful to see old and new faces.

A common complaint, however, has been that part of the article that was written in August, “Innisfail's heart rejuvenated,” was insulting to my customers and staff.

What should have been a nice article with quotes from people who love this place, was tarnished by the writer's own opinion being interjected into the article.

I started managing here in 2012 and have done my very best to ensure our customers have fun and get home safely. To suggest clients end up in jail after being here is ludicrous.

The average age during the day here is 50 years old, and our nighttime crowd may be younger, but still have respect for this town and us.

I am hoping everyone will stop by and see our renovations. We look forward to seeing all of our old patrons who have the best stories and the biggest hearts.
