Our first visit to the new Carstairs Independent Grocer was very pleasant.
The layout of the store is really good with everything well-marked and easy to read.
Anksuh, a customer service employee, went out of his way to find a chair for me while I waited for my sister to finish her shopping.
Sitting there I was able to see all the staff being very helpful with all the customers.
As well, I’m glad they have the smaller carts. Being a senior, it makes shopping easier to push.
We would like to thank the store owner, Paul Huynh for seeing the benefit of having competition in a small town. It’s all about choice.
