We are Dr. Graff's patients because we are confident in his medical knowledge and skills and feel secure with him.
If we need to be admitted to hospital, we want our chosen doctor to have privileges at the hospital and be in attendance with full, direct input into our care.
The fact that he does not have hospital access is not acceptable and should be rectified right away.
