I would like to share past or upcoming events. We are a multi-club, meaning we offer beef, horse and sewing activities. The groups we have are cleaver all the way up to senior level.

Prior to Christmas, our club participated in the Santa Claus Parade in Sylvan Lake, which was a huge success and a lot of fun! We also had a gift exchange within our club for our own festivities.

Starting off in the new year we held our Clipping/Judging Day in Benalto, followed by a yummy potluck.

On Feb. 3, we will be hosting our Annual Public Speaking event at the Oklahoma Hall, near the Dickson Dam off Little Red Deer Road.

Speaking will begin at 10 a.m. Speaking will begin at 10 a.m. All age categories will participate with prepared speeches followed by an impromptu speech.

On behalf of my club, I want to extend an invitation to come out and listen to some great speeches. Hope to see you there!

Stay tuned to see who will advance to the next level.
