I would like to comment on Deputy Mayor Mark Kemball's letter in the Dec. 6 issue of the Innisfail Province.
In regards to the comment on reserve funds for the town, credit should be given to prior councils and the previous administration.
When the previous CAO retired, there was in excess of $15 million in reserves and the town was in excellent financial condition.
I do not feel credit should be given solely to this council or this administration. The reserves have been there for them to work with.
