WATER ACT NOTICE OF APPLICATION Notice is given that 1985203 Alberta Ltd. has filed an application under the provisions of the Water Act for a Licence to divert 14,800 cubic metres of groundwater annually from a well with a production interval of 35.1 to 41.2 metres below ground level, located in the NW 35 032-01-W5 for the purposes of Commercial (Truck Service Centre and Car Wash). Any person who is directly affected by this application may submit a Statement of Concern within 30 days of the date of this notice.
