What does this difference entail? Each owner is a part of the customer-facing team. There are no managers in the structure, and therefore no quotas to fill or any pressure on sales. Customers are assured of speaking with one of the three owners with each call, email, DM, or visit. Each customer is fully empowered to make the best decision among the products. Purchases can be maintained in the retail software so you can request your favourites at any time or ask about trying something new.

Compliance is always top of mind for the owners of Revive. When necessary, ID is checked to ensure minors are not attempting to enter the store or buy the products. Federal, provincial, and town compliance rules are explained on their website, so Innisfail residents have a quick and easy way to learn how the rules affect them. Of course, the team is happy to explain the different levels of compliance too. As part of their fully transparent operations, Revive also provides AGLC information on their website, so everyone knows what regulations they, as a retailer, must follow.
