Breach of trust

The former treasurer of the Sundre Community Van Society, Robin Strub, from Caroline, was — according to a media inquiry submitted to the provincial Resolution and Court Administration Services Contact Centre — scheduled to be back in Didsbury court on March 2. Strub was charged with breach of trust in the summer of 2018, following allegations of unauthorized personal expenses incurred by the society in the amount of about $6,300.

Flee from police

In another, unrelated matter, Richard Bow-Noskiye, from Sundre, who was in the fall of 2018 charged with numerous offences after allegedly fleeing from police in a stolen vehicle, is to appear in Didsbury provincial court on Feb. 24.
