Sundre firefighters placed third overall, 2nd in the limited pit run, at last weekend's competition in Vegreville. The team was fire chief Marty Butts as incident commanders, Alex Clews as medic, and Dave Bennett, Frank Crouch, Geoffrey Russell,Dean Hass, Brandon Mifsud on the tools. Sundre took the innovation award also for a tool that Frank Crouch made to help getting people out of bad head on MVA's.
