Several "suspects" were placed into "custody" last week during the annual Jail 'n' Bail fundraiser.
Here, Todd Dalke, owner of the local Fountain Tire and town councillor, gets cuffed on Friday, May 25 during the Sundre ATB branch’s annual Jail ’n’ Bail fundraiser by Const. Don Poirier after being “arrested” for overcharging tires.
Also taken into “custody” were MLA Jason Nixon as well as Town of Sundre councillor Cheri Funke and chief administrative officer Linda Nelson.
Together, they were able to raise about $6,000 to secure their bail and raise funds for the Alberta Children’s Hospital.
