SUNDRE - Police are continuing their investigation into a single-vehicle rollover crash that killed a man in his 40s west of Sundre on Saturday, Jan. 23.
The crash occurred at about 7:15 p.m. on Rge. Rd. 72 near Bearberry in Mountain View County.
The man was the lone occupant of the vehicle. He was declared dead at the scene.
Sundre RCMP detachment commander Jody Achtymichuk said Tuesday that there are no plans to name the deceased.
It is not yet known if alcohol, speed or road conditions were factors in the crash, he said.
"Our investigation is continuing," he said.
As well as RCMP officers, Sundre Fire Department members and EMS personnel also attended the scene.
The medical examiner is also investigating the fatality.
