SUNDRE - Emergency crews attended early on the afternoon of Thursday, Aug. 24 a no-injury motor vehicle collision on the west side of Sundre at the intersection of Highway 27-22, also known as the Cowboy Trail.

Sundre Fire Department Chief Ross Clews said the driver of a pickup truck hauling a flatbed trailer was travelling east when the operator of a westbound semi turned left across the road heading into the commercial area by Tim Hortons.

“The semi pulled out in front, and the truck hit it,” said Clews, adding when asked that “there was no injuries to speak of.”
