SUNDRE – A local facility for residents 50-plus offers a chance for its members to, among numerous other activities, rack ’em up for a round of pool.

The Sundre West Country Centre, located next to the Sundre Arena immediately south of 2nd Ave. NW, boasts three pool tables – two larger snooker tables that can also be used for regular eight-ball billiards as well as a smaller pool table that was previously donated by Mountain View Seniors’ Housing.

While the centre also boasts a couple of darts boards that proved fairly popular prior to the pandemic, they’ve since gone largely unused but nevertheless remain available to any interested parties.

For more information on these or other recreational as well as social activities, either call 403-638-3298 or send a message to [email protected].
