SUNDRE – The combined efforts of staff and volunteers at the Sundre and District Museum and the Sundre Municipal Library to host admission-by-donation Halloween activities at the historic pioneer village managed to pool up a bit of a bounty for the community.

Beyond the food donations that went to the Plus 1 Emergency Food Hamper program run out of McDougal Chapel just west of town, an additional $670 was generated for the museum’s Raise the Roof campaign with the goal of repairing and maintaining the roofs of the museum’s barn, ranger station and schoolhouse.
