Stampede send off

Sundre-area chuckwagon driver Rae Croteau Jr. signs an autograph for perhaps one of his biggest fans, eight-year-old daughter Ava, during a pancake breakfast held Wednesday, July 6 at the Sundre Golf Club, which is sponsoring his wagon, seen pictured in the background. Croteau recently placed third after making it to the finals at the Ponoka Stampede and said he is feeling good heading into the Calgary Stampede, which started on Friday and continues until Sunday, July 17.
