Sundre-area Christmas lights display brightens holiday spirits

Jackie and Al Forbes put up annual display on property along Highway 584 for all to enjoy; no cost of admission but donations welcome

SUNDRE – The colourfully festive seasonal display of Christmas lights and decorations that adorn the acreage of Jackie and Al Forbes just west of town along Highway 584 never disappoints.

Although technically situated on private land, the property’s owners put up the annual display not only for themselves but also for everyone to enjoy. While there is technically no charge of admission to take a stroll through the acreage’s winding pathways that boast plenty to see, anyone who is so inclined can offer a donation and share a holiday greeting in a guest book.

Some parking space is available for people who are interested in walking through the acreage's winter wonderland.
