Sundre Arts Centre's spring concert series underway

First performance featured Steve Pineo Band with the next being The Doggone Brothers Band with Dustin Farr on Sunday

SUNDRE – Although not quite packed to capacity on Saturday, March 22 for a performance by Steve Pineo Band with Horns and Chicks, the Sundre Arts Centre nevertheless drew out a sizeable number of music fans.

“We had a great turnout,” said Cindy Orr, president of the Sundre and District Allied Arts Society.

“We didn’t sell out, but had a lively, appreciative and engaging crowd.”

The next concert is on Sunday, April 6 when The Doggone Brothers Band featuring Dustin Farr will take to the stage at 2 p.m.

The Sundre Arts Centre was built and now run and maintained by the non-profit society, which is managed by volunteers.
