More than 200 people attended the Sundre Trappers Association’s annual banquet and auction fundraiser held at the community centre on the evening of Saturday, Feb. 4.
More than 200 people attended the Sundre Trappers Association’s annual banquet and auction fundraiser held at the community centre on the evening of Saturday, Feb. 4. There were almost 100 silent auction as well as about 20 live auction items that were all donated from local and regional businesses. Larry Nielsen, the association’s president, told the Round Up he was pleased with the turnout. Here, Dave Cadrain, a member of the Rocky Trappers Association, buys a raffle ticket for a draw to win a new hunting rifle.
