"It makes me feel healthier," Bateman told the Round Up about why she decided to start urban pole walking this summer. Although she was out by herself this time, there are others who throughout the week get together for a group walk. They are planning a trip to Crimson Lake on Friday, Sept. 16 and will carpool after meeting up at the GNP office. Those who are interested in joining them can do so free of charge, but are encouraged to bring water. Contact GNP at 403-638-1011 for more information.
