Innisfail's Fourlane Ford is in elite company after being recently recognized with a 2013 President's Award by the Ford Motor Company of Canada.

Presented annually to dealerships which demonstrate outstanding achievement in sales and customer satisfaction, the President's Award was introduced in 2000 after replacing a previous similar award.

“The President's Award is really a team award,” said general manager Jeff Denham. “We have been blessed with a customer service team that really does a good job with our customers. They deliver superior customer service day in and day out, year in and year out. Between 60 and 70 per cent of our business is referral or repeat based which speaks well of my staff.”

He said he was especially proud of his customers' contribution to their success as they have supported the company for 20 years.

“We like to give back to the community and community groups whenever and however we can,” said Denham. “We are part of the community.”

Fourlane Ford has received the President's Award, or a similar one for 18 of the last 20 years.
