Two Sundre residents recently competed in an event held on Saturday, June 30 at the Dinosaur Downs Speedway just south of Drumheller. The Alberta Fairgrounds T Racers put on the featured race. Only the Model-T racers were able to complete their main event before the rain fell. They included local residents Bruce Brander, driving No. 55, and Paddy Munro, driving No. 99, who placed first in the main event.
