Mountain View County councillor Al Kemmere has been re-elected president of the Rural Municipalities of Alberta Association (RMA). The election happened Wednesday in Edmonton at the RMA convention. He was acclaimed to the position. It is his third two-year term. "I'm definitely pleased and humbled with the support," he told the Gazette. The RMA represents 69 rural municipalities in Alberta.
