The man charged with second-degree murder in Timothy Guilbault's death appeared in Red Deer provincial court on Nov. 21.Aaron Guilbault is accused of killing his father, whose body was found Nov. 5 in a residence at Red Lodge Estates. Police did not release the cause of death.Aaron was arrested the same day as his father's body was found while driving his father's truck near Stettler.Aaron appeared in custody at court. Legal Aid Society of Alberta lawyer Mark Gottlieb spoke for Aaron, asking for the case to be put over until Dec. 12 while Aaron seeks counsel.Crown prosecutor Wayne Silliker said bail would be spoken to in a higher court.The adjournment was granted. Aaron will appear the morning of Dec. 12 in Red Deer via closed-circuit television from the remand centre.
