MOUNTAIN VIEW COUNTY - Olds Fire Department members responded to a tractor collision on Rge. Rd. 23, just south of Twp. Rd. 340 on July 9.
Upon arrival, fire department officials say crews discovered an agricultural tractor towing a baler had collided with a passenger vehicle.
The tractor side-swiped the passenger vehicle, rolled into the east ditch and rested on its side in a field, where the baler, sheared from the drawbar, rested on its wheels, according to fire department officials. EMS treated the occupant of the tractor as well as occupants from the passenger vehicle on scene.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
