Members of the Meadow Creek Vaulting Club attained high placings during the 2012 VaultCanada National Championships and AEVA/SEVA Provincial Vaulting Championships October 12 – 14.
Heather Latimer placed first in Barrel Music Improvisation, second in Individual Barrel level 3, third in Individual Canter D-Women, and fifth in round 1 Individual Walk B.
Tiffani Matheson and Avery Malone took first place in Barrel Pairs Beginner. Matheson also took third place in Barrel Level 4 and second in Individual Walk B round 1.
Malone placed second in Barrel level 4 and third in Individual Walk C round 1.
Brooke Boyd placed first in Individual Barrel Level 2, fourth in Individual Canter B-women, and earned a first along with Dallyn Shields in Pairs Walk B.
Shields placed first in Individual Barrel Level 3, second in Individual Canter D-Women, and third in Individual Walk B round 1.
Emily Harris earned a fourth placing in one of her events as well as a seventh place in Individual Walk B.
Angelique van der Sluijs took second overall in Individual Canter AA-Women while Jeanine van der Sluijs placed third in Individual Canter AA-Women. The pair took first place in Individual Walk C Pairs Canter.
Meadow Creek Vaulting Club also won a first in Team Walk B.
