Olds resident Cathy Spicer came within just one shot of winning the 2019 Mountain View Dodge Ladies Open Golf Championship.
Spicer shot a 79. She was edged out by the tournament champion, Celina Lam of Airdrie, who fired a 78 in the annual tournament, held July 13-14 at the Olds Golf Club.
It was Lam's second victory in a row.
"We had 111 ladies compete in our largest ladies open turnout ever," Olds Golf Club manager-pro Wade Bearchell says.
