Six students represented Innisfail and the surrounding area at Alberta Schools' Athletic Association Provincial Championship at Foote Field in Edmonton June 1.
Students from École Innisfail Jr./Sr. High School, École St. Marguerite Bourgeouys School and Spruce View School competed.

Megan Vale – St. Marguerite, placed seventh for junior girls one-kg discus throw
Hillary Mercier – St. Marguerite, placed seventh for girls intermediate 800m run
Michayla Williams – Innisfail Jr./Sr. High, placed seventh for senior girls one-kg discus throw
Colten Webster — Innisfail Jr./Sr. High, placed eighth for junior boys 400m dash
Jordan Sinnamon — Spruce View, placed ninth for junior boys high jump
Tyler Newsham — Spruce View, placed ninth for junior boys javelin throw, 14th for junior boys shot put and 14th for junior boys discus throw
