Sundre High School's senior girls volleyball team placed first in the south division of their league this year.
The team played against Olds in the south finals on Nov. 13 at the high school and won. They will be playing against Sylvan Lake this evening for the Chinook's Edge School Division league championship.
“Overall they had a great season and it's hard to believe it is already over,” said coach Ashley Bellamy.
“I am very proud of these girls as they had a fantastic relationship with one another on the court.”
The senior boys team is playing in the league finals tomorrow against Olds Koinonia Christian School.
