MOUNTAIN VIEW COUNTY - Traffic on Highway 2 east of Didsbury was disrupted for a period of time Friday night for what 511 Alberta said was a police incident.
The province’s travel advisory service alerted the public at 9:49 p.m. on Dec. 6 that northbound Queen Elizabeth II Highway, also known as Highway 2 was closed at Highway 582, located east of Didsbury.
Minutes later at 9:56 p.m., the travel advisory service issued an update saying the portion of the highway was “open from previous police incident.”
