A man accused in connection with the trashing of an Olds business will be back in court Jan. 26.

Boyd Raymond Fleming is charged with break and enter and mischief in connection with the break-in to – and trashing of – Torrock Towing in Olds.

The incident occurred Aug. 31.

Judy Schlichenmayer co-owns the company along with her son, Darcy.

She says about $25,000 worth of damage was done to the business.

Schlichenmayer says the front office, boardroom, common area and bathroom were trashed.

In addition, she says, the accused cut himself “and bled all over the place” so all the furniture as well as items in the bathroom had to be thrown out.

Also, flooding occurred as a result of the damage in the bathroom so the floor has to be replaced, along with at least part of the walls.

Fleming was charged in connection with the matter in late October.
