Justice officials say an Olds man facing several sex-related charges is due back in Didsbury provincial court on April 9.
At that time, the 32-year-old man, who cannot be named to protect the identity of the complainant, is scheduled to enter a plea and if that plea is not guilty, to choose how he wishes to be tried.
A ban on publication in the case does not allow the news media to list the charges against the accused.
The accused was arrested a couple of times in January.
