An Olds resident is facing 35 charges, mostly related to the possession of stolen property and the production and possession of counterfeit documents.
Morgan Stephen Winter, 44, was scheduled to appear in Didsbury Provincial Court Monday, July 16 for a bail hearing in regard to those matters.
The charges were laid after a search warrant was executed at 5130 52nd Street on Wednesday, July 11. The accused was arrested on scene.
"During the execution of the search warrant, RCMP located printers, computers, laminating equipment, card readers, debit terminals, stolen driver's licences, counterfeit Canadian currency, counterfeit American currency and an undisclosed amount of what is suspected to be crystal methamphetamine," an Olds RCMP news release says.
