A 62-year-old man was killed Sunday, Sept. 9 when the quad he was driving rolled over on private property east of Bowden.
Olds RCMP were called to the scene at about 7 p.m.
According to an RCMP news release issued Monday, the man was operating the quad in a wooded area of his property when it rolled on small embankment.
"The driver became trapped under the quad and died of his injuries," the release says. "Alcohol is not believed to be a factor."
No further details were released by the time this story was uploaded.
