Mounties investigate vandalism and theft

The Olds RCMP detachment is currently investigating one vandalism incident and one theft incident that happened during the weekend of March 9. The first incident took place at Champion Cycle Powersports.

The first incident took place at Champion Cycle Powersports.

“Some time over the last weekend, one of the business's little white trucks was flipped on its side,” said Const. Brendan Ward.

The second incident happened at the James MacInnis law office on 46 Street.

“There was a stolen sign from the James MacInnis Law office,” said Ward.

“The top of the sign was snapped off and stolen.”

The sign measures approximately four feet by four feet and is made of metal.

“It had the business name and a painting of the building on it,” said Ward.
