OLDS - The Ecole Olds High School senior boys and senior girls volleyball teams held a home tournament over the weekend in the CLC Gym.
The senior boys finished in second place out of eight teams.
The senior girls won their pool, but then finished in fourth place out of 12 teams.
Even though it was a senior tournament, the junior varsity girls filled in a vacant spot in the draw and “held their own in all of the matches they played in,” athletic director Jeff Clattenburg says.
They finished third in their pool and ended up in second place in the C division.
